Shipping Policy:
We understand the excitement of making a purchase and the importance of delivering the products in the finest condition and quality. At The Pinata Horse we believe that every handmade product should be specially curated for you, so we work on the products only when the order is confirmed.
Knitted and paper-clay products are shipped within 18-20 days from the date of order confirmation based on the nature of order. Oil paintings are shipped in 50-60 days from the date of order confirmation based on the nature of order.
All orders are delivered through Registered India Post.
Shipping cost are charged as per the norms of India post based on size and volume of the order.
Once the order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number provided by India post.
Return Policy:
We ensure a thorough quality check before dispatching each order.
To help us make your experience even better, please ensure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong item or in case the item is damaged. However, our pieces of Handmade Products can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal which makes each and every product of ours unique.
We do not offer any cancellation, return or refund once the order is placed as the products are specially curated for you.
The exchange of the product will be accepted in the below-mentioned cases only:
- In case of products damaged during transit, the product will be exchanged provided we are informed within 24hrs of receipt of the order along with an unboxing video for the same (via email)
- Receipt of the wrong item/ product (shipping charges shall be borne by us)
